2. Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellation Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- To cancel, contact us immediately via email or phone
- Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled
b. Cancellation After Shipment
- Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch
- In case of wrong or incorrect delivery, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order
c. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Approved cancellations (before shipment) will receive a full refund
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
